Production Designer

Our client is seeking a talented Director of Creative Production to lead a team of Production Artists and oversee the execution of high-quality catalog and print creative. This role requires a detail-oriented creative production leader with strong editorial design expertise, a passion for mentoring teams, and the ability to deliver flawless work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of Production Artists, providing clear direction, feedback, and support to foster a collaborative, high-performing environment Oversee catalog production workflows, timelines, and deliverables while maintaining the highest standards of quality and brand consistency Partner with Creative, Design, Copy, Merchandising, Project Management, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution from concept through final delivery Manage complex production challenges, identify solutions, and improve processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness Serve as a key partner to print and production vendors, ensuring accurate file preparation and exceptional final output Maintain a strong understanding of brand standards and help guide the team in delivering consistent, elevated creative work Requirements 5+ years of experience leading creative production, editorial design, or a related discipline Proven experience managing teams within an agency or in-house creative environment Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, with strong knowledge of print production and prepress Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, color, and composition Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Detail-oriented with a high standard for quality and a willingness to be hands-on when needed Experience in luxury, retail, hospitality, editorial, or other high-end creative environments preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr The Keva Dine Agency™
