Automotive Technician - No Weekends + 25 Paid Days Off!

Job Description

Job Description

Great techs deserve a great shop.

AmeriFix (formerly TMT Automotive) is a family-owned, fast-growing repair group looking for skilled Automotive Technicians who want competitive pay, real work/life balance, and the chance to work in a clean, well-equipped shop with a strong team.

We know what it is like to feel unappreciated as a great technician. We know how it feels to not have your voice heard and to work with broken tools - or no tools at all. We strive to always show appreciation and be the place EVERYONE wants to work.

With 20+ years of success and 11 locations across Middle Tennessee, we’ve built our reputation on honest, high-quality service at a fair price, and we're now bringing that same approach to Indiana. We treat our employees like family and believe that when people feel valued and supported, they take even better care of our customers.

Our shops handle everything from maintenance and alignments to major repairs, engine swaps, and transmission replacements. You’ll work on a variety of brands and have the opportunity to keep growing your skills in an industry that never stands still.

We fully understand that the person we’re looking for likely already has a job. But if you’re reading this and don’t feel respected, treated fairly, or genuinely cared about where you are now, we need to talk.
