Human Resources Manager - Hiring Immediately Greater Burlington, Vermont Area | Full-Time A growing and successful multi-location organization in the Greater Burlington area is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead all HR functions across multiple locations. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and play a key role in talent acquisition, employee development, compliance, and organizational growth. Key Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruiting, hiring, and onboarding efforts. Manage employee relations, performance management, and retention initiatives. Administer employee benefits, leave programs, and HR policies. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Manage workers’ compensation, unemployment claims, and related programs. Support managers with coaching, employee development, and performance improvement processes. Coordinate employee training and leadership development initiatives. Maintain employee records and HR systems while ensuring confidentiality. Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement. Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience. Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and compliance requirements. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills. Proven ability to build relationships and work effectively with employees at all levels. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills. SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred. Multi-location experience is a plus.
