About the role We're looking for an energetic, positive and proactive Support Worker to join our welcoming team in BA1. You'll support four adults in their 40s—three women and one man with learning disabilities, profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD), and well‑managed epilepsy. Who you will be supporting You’ll support individuals who enjoy busy, fulfilling lifestyles and love getting out and about. Each person has unique needs, strengths and interests, and your support will help them live safely, confidently and with dignity. Support includes - 1:1 and 2:1 support - Core shared support depending on activities and routines - Personal care - Hoist use for three people - Wheelchair support - all four individuals - Support with eating and meal preparation - Medication administration Interests & activities - Music and cinema - Bowling and clubs - Accessible trips into town and cafés - Visiting family - Seasonal celebrations and various events. - Lots of smiles, cheekiness and humour You’ll join a team that values warmth, connection and making every day matter. Shift patterns This is a 37.5-hour role worked across a variety of shifts, including sleep‑ins: 7:00am - 3:00pm 3:00pm - 10:00pm 10:00am - 10:00am (next day) - includes sleep‑in Sleep‑in: 10:00pm - 7:00am (£50 paid to sleep) Rotas are provided in advance to support a healthy work‑life balance.
