Schmidt Plumbing & Heating Co., Inc. is seeking a skilled and reliable Licensed Plumber (or apprentice) to join our established team. - If no experience, we are willing to train the right candidate. In this role, you will work on a diverse range of residential, commercial, and industrial plumbing projects throughout Western Connecticut. If you take pride in high-quality craftsmanship and excellent troubleshooting, we want to hear from you. (Pay is based on experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Installation & Maintenance: Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures, piping systems, and water/waste lines in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Equipment Integration: Install piping and connections to new or relocated production equipment.
- Code Compliance: Ensure all work meets local, state, and national plumbing and building codes, as well as strict safety standards.
- System Diagnostics: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex plumbing issues efficiently.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude and exceptional diagnostic/troubleshooting skills.
- Driver's License: Valid CT Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Traits: Reliable, professional, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
