Document Processor 2nd Shift

Requirements: • Must pass credit and background screening requirements. • strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team. • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. • Overtime and flexible work hours may be required based on business needs. • Must provide proof of legal U.S. residency for the past 7 years. • Excellent attendance record. • Resume required.

Please note: This position does not have an immediate start date. Due to the extensive background and credit screening process, onboarding can take one month or longer before a start date is confirmed.

salary: $18 - $19.8 per hour

Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of the Document Processor is to successfully process applications in a fast-paced production environment in which there is a high-level of responsibility around quality, detail and accuracy:On any given day, you may be required to perform tasks in any of the following areas:

• Processing a high volume of document transactions which include some variation and moderately difficult tasks. 
• Extract-Open envelopes, extract checks, validate fees
• Document Processing-prepping,sorting documents and preparing for scanning. 
• Scanning- Process documents and checks for image capturing and review for accuracy of time and date of imaging.
• Assembly- Assemble documents with punching holes, putting fastners in folders with accurately labeling. 

Monday- Friday 2:00PM till 10:30PM 

The essential functions of this role include:

• manual lifting up to 30lbs
