Billing Coordinator

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a Billing Coordinator to manage customer invoicing, subcontractor billing, and customer account maintenance. NW Houston, TX What You’ll Do: Prepare and submit customer invoices with supporting documentation Upload invoices through customer portals and email submissions by required deadlines Maintain subcontractor agreements and process related invoicing Post invoices accurately to customer accounts Track and follow up on outstanding billing items Build and maintain strong customer relationships Participate in project management meetings and provide billing updates What We’re Looking For: Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Experience with data entry and invoicing processes Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong communication and customer service skills Interested candidates please send resume in Word format.
