Full-Time Deal Administrator

New Country Motor Car Group is seeking a Full-Time Deal Administrator for our Central Accounting Office. This is an entry-level accounting position and includes on-the-job training. Prior accounting, data entry, and/or administrative experience are preferred.

Responsibilities include posting new, used, and auction deals into accounting software for designated dealerships, working cohesively with team members at store-level to ensure all deals are posted accurately and in a timely fashion, submitting finance contracts and lien payoffs, analyzing new, used, and customer deposits schedules and reviewing out-of-line balances, reviewing selected deals to ensure paperwork is accurate, complete, and compliant with industry regulations and standards, calculating monthly bonus files for designated dealerships, and special projects as assigned.
