Full-Time Deal Administrator
New Country Motor Car Group is seeking a Full-Time Deal Administrator for our Central Accounting Office. This is an entry-level accounting position and includes on-the-job training. Prior accounting, data entry, and/or administrative experience are preferred.

Responsibilities include posting new, used, and auction deals into accounting software for designated dealerships, working cohesively with team members at store-level to ensure all deals are posted accurately and in a timely fashion, submitting finance contracts and lien payoffs, analyzing new, used, and customer deposits schedules and reviewing out-of-line balances, reviewing selected deals to ensure paperwork is accurate, complete, and compliant with industry regulations and standards, calculating monthly bonus files for designated dealerships, and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications include business casual appearance and strong work ethic, excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, positive attitude with a high-energy personality, ability to operate as part of a team, superior customer service, organization, and follow-up skills, computer literacy & strong attention to detail.
