Nursing Assistant (NA) – Long-Term Care & Rehab

NAs START OUT AT $13.75 then pay is based on Experience

We are currently accepting applications for Nursing Assistants (NAs) within our long-term care and rehabilitation facility specializing in geriatrics. This position requires dedication to providing quality care, dependability, flexibility, accountability, and a positive attitude. Candidates must enjoy working closely with our residents and their families to create a compassionate and supportive environment.

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
2. CNA certification preferred, but not required (we will train the right candidate)
3. Must pass a background check and drug screening
4. Strong communication and teamwork skills
5. Compassion for working with elderly residents

Essential Job Functions

1. Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
2. Provide compassionate, hands-on care in accordance with each resident’s plan of care
3. Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff
4. Take and record vital signs as directed
5. Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
6. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
