Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain operating rooms before, during, and after procedures
• Provide direct and indirect patient care throughout surgical interventions
• Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and fellow medical staff
• Monitor patient status and maintain strict adherence to safety protocols
• Document surgical procedures and maintain accurate patient records
• Support and advocate for patient safety and comfort at all times

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of one year of Operating Room nursing experience (scrub and circulate preferred)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (as required)
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced, dynamic environments
