About the Role:

Elite Security Agency LLC is looking for a confident and experienced Security Supervisor to lead our team in Charlotte, NC. Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of security officers on assigned shifts

Conduct regular patrols and inspections to ensure site safety and security compliance

Respond swiftly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, taking appropriate action

Train, mentor, and evaluate security personnel to maintain high performance standards

Prepare and submit detailed incident reports, shift logs, and documentation

Enforce client post orders, company policies, and applicable regulations

Serve as the primary point of contact between security staff and client management

Requirements:

Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field required

Previous supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred

Valid North Carolina Security Guard License or ability to obtain one

Strong communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills

Ability to remain calm and act decisively in high-pressure situations

Proficient in writing clear and accurate incident and shift reports

Must pass a background check and drug screening
