About This Position

This position is assigned to multiple locations throughout the area and will report to our headquarters in Charlotte, NC 28262 at the start of the shift.

The Armed Flex Security Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring security personnel, communicating with the administrative team, completing reports and other required documentation, working stationary security assignments, and conducting mobile patrols.

This position guarantees 40 hours per week but requires flexibility regarding work schedules, locations, and assignments. We will make every reasonable effort to maintain a consistent schedule; however, the ideal candidate must be able to accommodate reasonable schedule and assignment changes based on operational needs.

Schedules and assignments are generally provided two (2) weeks in advance but may be subject to reasonable changes.

Every client and assignment is different, and we believe applicants should understand the work environment before applying. Some positions involve frequent interaction with employees, visitors, customers, or residents throughout the day, while others are better suited for officers who prefer working independently with limited public contact. Our goal is to match the right officer with the right assignment whenever possible, creating a positive experience for both our employees and our clients.

Officers assigned to this location should expect to:

• Conduct foot and/or vehicle patrols of the assigned property.
• Monitor entrances, exits, gates, and other access control points.
• Greet and assist employees, visitors, vendors, contractors, or customers in a professional manner.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, security concerns, or policy violations.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation.
• Respond appropriately to alarms, emergencies, and other security-related incidents.
• Perform additional site-specific responsibilities as assigned.

Available Schedules

Position 1: (Full-Time)

• Shift: Sunday-Wednesday, 6:00pm-4:00am
• Hours : 40 hours per week

Position 2: (Full-Time)

• Shift: Thursday-Saturday, 6pm-6am
• Hours: 36 hours per week

As a contract security provider, work schedules are based on our clients' operational needs. While we strive to provide consistency whenever possible, some flexibility may be required. Additional hours, overtime opportunities, and schedule adjustments may become available based on client requirements and operational needs.

Compensation

Starting Pay: $21.00 per hour

Compensation is based on the assigned position, licensing requirements, experience, qualifications, certifications, and the specific responsibilities of the assignment.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following minimum qualifications:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a valid driver's license
• Have reliable transportation.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Successfully complete all required background screenings and drug testing, when applicable.
• Possess, or be able to obtain, all licenses and certifications required by North Carolina and/or South Carolina for the position.
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Be able to stand, walk, and perform routine patrols for extended periods, as required by the assignment.

Additional qualifications may apply depending on the client’s assignment.
