Job Summary

The Post-Construction Cleaner is responsible for cleaning and preparing newly constructed or renovated buildings for occupancy. This position requires detailed cleaning of construction dust, debris, windows, fixtures, floors, and surfaces while maintaining safety standards on active construction sites.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Remove construction dust, dirt, stickers, and debris from surfaces
• Clean windows, frames, tracks, and glass surfaces
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, and detail floors
• Clean cabinets, fixtures, walls, baseboards, and appliances
• Dispose of trash and construction-related debris properly
• Operate cleaning tools and equipment safely
• Follow all job site safety requirements and PPE guidelines
• Identify and report damages or safety hazards
• Work efficiently to meet project deadlines
• Maintain professional conduct at all job sites

Qualifications

• Previous construction cleaning or janitorial experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments
• Comfortable working around construction equipment and job sites
• Ability to climb ladders and perform detailed cleaning tasks
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

Work Schedule

Schedules may vary based on project timelines and client demands. Evening, overnight, weekend, and extended shifts may be required.
