Background Screening QA Specialist

Background Screening QA Specialist, responsible for auditing verification reports and outreach workflows for accuracy and compliance in a full-time role. Key Responsibilities Audit verification reports against QA rulesets to ensure data accuracy and completeness Conduct Outreach QA reviews on manual-source verifications, ensuring compliance with communication standards Document QA outcomes and collaborate with team leadership to resolve discrepancies and improve processes Required Qualifications Experience or interest in QA, operations auditing, or compliance in data-sensitive environments Working knowledge of verification workflows and Report QA concepts Detail-oriented with strong note-taking and evidence citation skills Analytical judgment for distinguishing QA outcomes and recommending corrections Understanding of secure data handling practices and FCRA-related regulations
