Contract Role | 1st Shift | Onsite | Shoreview, MN

The Opportunity
We're seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Technician II to support the testing, troubleshooting, calibration, and repair of complex mechanical and electrical equipment. This is a hands-on opportunity to work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and technical support teams while helping improve products and processes.

What You'll Do

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex electrical and mechanical assemblies to the component level
Test and troubleshoot PCA circuit boards, instrumentation, and electronic systems
Partner with Product Development Engineering during validation and pilot activities
Develop and improve calibration, service, troubleshooting, and test procedures
Analyze electronic design and production issues and recommend corrective actions
Train manufacturing and service personnel on new product builds and procedures
Provide technical support to internal teams and customers
Use Microsoft databases to edit and query data
Help drive continuous improvement in equipment setup, calibration, and testing
Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow all safety requirements

What You Bring

High School Diploma/GED + 5+ years of relevant technician experience , OR
AA/Certificate in Electronic Technology + 3+ years of relevant experience , OR
2-3 years of electrical/computer engineering coursework + 3+ years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of electronic components and circuits
Experience with electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes and VOMs
Hands-on experience with testing, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair
Microsoft Office skills

Preferred: Experience troubleshooting and repairing complex instrumentation, PCA circuit boards, and mechanical/electrical equipment to the component level.
