Social Media Manager

The company is a high-growth DTC Ecommerce brand pioneering hair care for Men. You will report directly to the VP of Growth and own the organic social channels and creator program end to end. This is a hands‑on job, you'll film content on your phone, write DMs to creators at scale, give revision notes, and negotiate brand deals. If you see a trending sound and want to shoot our version that afternoon, you're who we're looking for. What You'll Own Organic social (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest), calendar, posting, community engagement, and brand voice Creator program top to bottom. Sourcing, routing into affiliate/UGC/TikTok Shop/brand deal tracks, and high-touch management of top creators TikTok Shop affiliate community. You are the in‑house point of contact for sample seeding, creator outreach standards, and community building Brand deal negotiation. Handling the terms, deliverables in writing, usage rights, and KPI tracking Requirements 2–3 years running social channels or creator programs, in‑house at a DTC brand or at an influencer/talent agency Content you made or commissioned. You can tell the team what worked, what didn't, and why Comfort behind a phone camera and inside an editing app (you don't need to be a pro editor, you need to be able to ship) Negotiation instincts, follow‑through, and fast written communication The Path Head of Social & Community. Own the calendar - own the creator program end to end - own a team. We'll be explicit about what the next step requires and where you stand.
