Drive the successful launch of a new pharmaceutical product by executing strategic sales initiatives. Implement strategic business plans to meet and exceed all KPIs and goals for the assigned territory. Build andmaintainrelationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) to educate them on product benefits, efficacy, andappropriate usage. Develop and implementterritorybusiness plans to maximize product adoption and market penetration. Conduct sales presentations, deliver compelling product messaging, and address customer inquiries effectively. Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adapt sales strategies accordingly. Utilize data-driven insights toidentifyopportunities, track sales performance, andoptimizeterritory management. Adhere to regulatory and compliance guidelines whilemaintainingethical and professional sales practices. Participate in training programs, sales meetings, and launch events to stay updated on product knowledge and industry best practices. What do you need for this position? Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or related field or equivalent work experience 2+ years primary care pharmaceutical sales experiencerequired Rheumatology experience preferred Launch Sales Experience preferred Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills Proven record of driving results in a high-growth company environment Strategic thinker who can develop and drive a territory business plan Some overnight travel will berequired Valid driver’s license in good standing The base pay range for this position is $53K – $98K per year. The final compensation offered to a successful candidate will bedeterminedby factors such as experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
