Manpower and Training Analyst - Defense Workforce Planning

ManTech International

ManTech International seeks a Manpower Personnel & Training Analyst to support critical national security programs. In this role, you will analyze manpower, personnel, and training requirements for federal and defense customers, developing data-driven recommendations to optimize workforce readiness. You will build and maintain manpower and training models, perform skill gap analyses, and prepare reports and briefings for senior stakeholders. Working in a mission-focused, collaborative environment, you will help align staffing and training strategies with evolving operational and technical needs while supporting continuous improvement and compliance with government standards.
