What You'll Do
- Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and close
- Build trusted relationships with executives and key decision-makers
- Develop and maintain a high-quality, high-conversion pipeline
- Close high-value, consultative deals that make a real impact
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine strategy, messaging, and execution
- Consistently meet and exceed ambitious revenue targets
What You Bring
- Proven success in a quota-driven sales role (or strong entrepreneurial revenue track record)
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and leading consultative conversations
- A disciplined approach to pipeline management and forecasting
- A track record of closing complex deals and driving results
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
