Outside Sales Representative

Beauregard Equipment is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative to support our Colchester, VT location and grow our presence throughout Eastern and Central Vermont. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional who enjoys building long-term customer relationships, managing a territory, and helping customers find the right equipment solutions to succeed. What You’ll Do

• Develop and grow sales within an assigned territory
• Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities in construction and related industries
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, municipalities, landscapers, and business owners
• Consult with customers to recommend equipment and solutions that meet their operational needs
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and quoting to closing and follow-up
• Collaborate with the Store Manager and internal teams to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and customer activity using CRM tools
• Travel regularly throughout Central and Eastern Vermont to meet with customers and visit job sites

What We’re Looking For

• Proven success in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management
• Equipment, construction, agricultural, or industrial sales experience preferred
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities
• Experience using CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline
• Strong time management and territory planning skills
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory

Pay Transparency The expected total annual compensation for this role is $75,000 – $125,000+, including base salary, commission, manufacturer incentives, and bonuses tied to targeted equipment sales and company initiatives.
