Location: Salt Lake City, UT Job Type: Contract Max Pay Rate: $18/hr Schedule: 5 days/week | Sunday required + 1 variable day off | 10:00 AM 6:30 PM
Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service & Administrative Assistant to support daily operations within a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role combines customer service, administrative support, and logistics coordination, working closely with customers, delivery teams, and business partners.
The position is based onsite within a Costco warehouse environment, with responsibilities including inbound calls, delivery support, issue resolution, and operational coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers and business partners via phone and email
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Monitor delivery routes and provide status updates
- Process order changes and cancellations
- Scan and verify delivery documentation and haul-away records
- Support administrative and operational tasks within the warehouse environment
- Communicate effectively with drivers, dispatch, and internal teams
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in an onsite warehouse setting
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- 1+ year of customer service, administrative, call center, or logistics experience
