You greet everyone with a friendly smile, assisting with check-ins and check-outs while enthusiastically registering guests and accommodating their special requests. Collaborating and coordinating with other departments, you ensure a seamless arrival process, all while keeping the front desk area tidy and inviting. You meticulously run daily reports on the hotel's computer system and skillfully address any guest concerns, finding joy in the interactions that enhance their stays.
