Operations Administrator

You’ll be the engine keeping our recruiting operations running smoothly. As an Ops Admin at X3 Tradesmen, you’ll support our Talent Advisors and internal team with fast-paced administrative and customer-facing tasks that keep tradespeople moving toward their next opportunity.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required for this role.

This is a full-time, on-site position. Once you're up to speed and fully trained, there is potential for a hybrid schedule.

DAY TO DAY

• Fielding inbound calls and messages from applicants and field talent
• Entering and managing data quickly and accurately across multiple platforms
• Supporting the recruiting team with scheduling, documentation, and follow-up
• Keeping communication moving between candidates, internal staff, and job sites
• Jumping between tasks without missing a beat

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong typing speed and accuracy (this one matters)
• Excellent phone presence and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment
• Clear communicator, written and verbal
• Prior admin, staffing, or customer service experience is a plus
