Product Owner - Sabre Experience

Product Strategy & Roadmap Define and execute the roadmap. Align product vision with business goals such as engagement, conversion, and revenue growth. Execution & Delivery Own and manage the product backlog (features, enhancements, defects). Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements. Prioritize backlog based on business value, customer impact, risk, and dependencies. Continuously refine and groom backlog with the team. Stakeholder Management & Storytelling Create compelling product narratives, presentations, and executive updates. Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value. Influence cross‑functional teams and senior leadership. Agile & Delivery Leadership Participate actively in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews & retrospectives. Define sprint goals and ensure team clarity. Ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery of product increments. Technical Understanding & Decision Making Possess strong technical acumen (APIs, architecture, cloud, data, etc.). Work closely with engineers to: Understand constraints. Evaluate technical trade‑offs. Make informed decisions. Experience & Qualifications 5–7+ years of experience in Product Management. Strong experience of working as Product Owner on projects with multiple product dependencies. Prior experience with Sabre technologies (SOAP & RESTful APIs) and understanding of GDS business. Prior experience in Travel Domain. Understanding of APIs (SOAP & RESTful) and system design. Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework and hands‑on experience creating, grooming, maintaining features and stories in Rally. Collaborate with all internal and external partners; build relationships with coworkers and partners. Strong analytical and technical skills; work closely with technology partners to define solutions. Ability to complete everyday responsibilities and duties with minimal supervision. Strong organizational skills. Strong communication, presentation, listening, and written skills. Key Responsibilities Participate in defining business requirements, testing support, and system configuration. Assist in the development of timelines, statement of work, project plans, and status reports to monitor project. Assist in the preparation of project status presentations and roadmaps. Demonstrate leadership attitude.
