Role: BI Reporting Analyst
Location: Deerfield Beach, FL (Hybrid 3/2)
Duration: 12+ Months

We are seeking a BI Reporting Analyst to support reporting environment. This role focuses on Power BI dashboards and SQL troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy and provide actionable insights to IT and business teams.

• Manage and maintain Power BI reports (up to 55 reports simultaneously).
  

• Use SQL queries (inner joins, outer joins) to identify and isolate data issues directly in the database.
  

• Distinguish between report logic errors and database data errors .
  

• Provide IT with precise SQL statements highlighting where issues occur, rather than bulk data dumps.
  

• Collaborate with IT to resolve allocation discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting.
  

• Communicate findings clearly and effectively with stakeholders.
  

• Strong hands‑on experience with Power BI (report creation, maintenance, troubleshooting).
  

• Proficiency in SQL for data validation and issue identification.
  

• Ability to handle high report volume and prioritize effectively.
  

• Solid communication skills to explain technical findings in a clear, actionable manner.
  

• Analytical mindset with a workhorse mentality — able to react quickly and provide IT with actionable insights.
  

• Prior experience in BI reporting roles with large report portfolios.
  

• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and validate data issues using SQL.
  

• Strong collaboration with IT and business teams in fast‑paced environments
