Make an immediate impact by supporting students' growth and success in a contract Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role onsite in a vibrant educational setting. This full-time opportunity (35 hours per week, though applicants seeking a reduced schedule are also welcome) runs from now through June 3, 2027, with daily hours from 8:20 am to 3:20 pm.

Your expertise will directly benefit a small, focused caseload of approximately five students who are currently experiencing significant challenges. This number may shift throughout the assignment, offering engagement with a dynamic range of student needs and the opportunity for ongoing professional growth.

Key Qualities and Experience:

• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) required
• Experience working within school-based or educational settings strongly preferred
• Demonstrated skills in developing and implementing effective behavior intervention plans
• Collaborative approach, partnering with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Flexibility to adapt support as caseload adjusts over time
• Strong communication and documentation abilities

What You'll Do:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and interpret results
• Design, monitor, and adjust individualized behavior intervention strategies
• Provide coaching and consultation to teachers, staff, and families
• Collect data, evaluate progress, and refine approaches as needed to support student success
• Attend team meetings and share recommendations in a collaborative environment
• Advocate for students’ needs and foster positive behavioral change
