Description EMT Paramedic – Medical Transport The paramedic is responsible for the delivery of quality care for ill or injured patients under varied conditions in collaboration with department specific personnel. The paramedic must be highly motivated and able to function using assessment skills and written standards as defined by departmental policy. Please note the following important details regarding this position: This posting is for multiple openings of a EMT Paramedic - Medical Transport, Levelland This role is an onsite position and will report onsite daily as scheduled This role requires that you be located within a commutable distance of our office location listed below Texas: Levelland Flexible and available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled, based on departmental needs and operational requirements. Work Status Available: Per Diem / On Call Positions specified as "on call/per diem" refer to employment consisting of shifts scheduled on an "as needed basis" to fill in for staff vacancies. Shifts Available: Day Required Qualifications Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement. Upon hire: Texas Emergency Medical Technician Paramedic License - Texas Office of EMS‑Trauma Systems, or Upon hire: Texas Paramedic License - Texas Office of EMS‑Trauma Systems Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Upon hire: National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association Upon hire: National Provider PALS - American Heart Association 1 year experience in a healthcare setting.
