We are currently seeking an experienced Part-Time Assistant Property Manager for an affordable housing community in North Austin. This position is ideal for a motivated professional with strong resident relations, administrative, and compliance experience who is looking for a flexible part-time opportunity. Immediate start only!
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) REQUIRED
- Affordable Housing experience REQUIRED
- Strong understanding of resident relations and property operations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily property operations
- Support resident communications and customer service
- Process applications and maintain resident files
- Assist with recertifications and affordable housing compliance
- Work closely with the Property Manager to ensure smooth community operations
