Patient Billing & Insurance Counselor

Oceans Healthcare is seeking a Financial Counselor to advise patients on medical bills and act as a liaison with insurers. The role involves entering demographic and financial data, reviewing coverage, and coordinating collections and documentation for billing compliance. Strong customer service skills and confidentiality are essential.
