Registered Nurse, Ambulatory Clinic - Allergy & AsthmaPark Nicollet is looking to hire a Nurse to join our Allergy & Asthma team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.Position Summary:Utilizes a systematic approach to nursing practice incorporating assessment, planning, nursing diagnosis, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act, scope of practice, along with recognized professional standards and Health Partner and employer specific protocols and policy.Supports multiple areas within a clinic setting with strong interpersonal skill and flexibility while maintaining patient confidentiality and protecting patient rights. Resolves concerns or complaints regarding patient care or service.Work Schedule:M-F with rotating shifts 7:30-4/8:30-5. In addition to offsite coverage in Shakopee and Burnsville that mirror clinician schedule.Required Qualifications:Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:Graduated from an accredited school of nursingAssociate degree or diploma requiredLicensure/ Registration/ Certification:Maintain a current Minnesota registered nurse's licensure.WI licensure required where applicable.Current BLS provider status in accordance with American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines.
