Business Services Representative

Bargaining Unit: Local 21 - Non‑Supervisory Management Contra Costa County is recruiting to fill two (2) Business Services Representative vacancies in the Employment and Human Services Department. An out‑of‑state valid motor vehicle operator's license will be accepted during the application process. Education: Possession of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in business, psychology, organizational management, or a closely related field. Experience: Four (4) years or its equivalent experience in job creation, job development and employer engagement, employee recruitment, talent development and retention, marketing or public relations. Substitution: 1) Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year‑for‑year basis up to a maximum of two (2) years. 2) One (1) additional year of qualifying experience may be substituted for the required academic majors.
