Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 (Depending on Experience)

We're partnering with an established and highly respected boutique CPA firm that has built a strong reputation for delivering exceptional tax, accounting, and advisory services to a diverse client base throughout the region.

Long-term Manager, Director, and Partner-track potential

• Prepare and review a variety of federal and state tax returns
• Work with:
  • Individual Returns (1040)
  • Trust & Estate Returns (1041)
  • Partnership Returns (1065)
  • Corporate Returns (1120 & 1120S)
• Research tax issues and develop solutions for clients
• Assist with tax planning projects and proactive tax-saving strategies
• Collaborate with Partners and senior leadership on complex engagements
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Stay current on evolving tax laws and regulations

• 3-4+ years of recent public accounting experience within a CPA firm
• Strong experience preparing and/or reviewing:
  • 1040s
  • 1041s
  • 1065s
  • 1120s
  • 1120S returns
• Solid understanding of federal and state tax compliance
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and client engagements
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA) strongly preferred
• CPA candidates actively pursuing licensure are encouraged to apply
