B2B Channel Marketing Lead for Partner Growth

SATO America is seeking a motivated and experienced Channel Marketing Manager to support and grow our partner ecosystem through strategic marketing initiatives. This mid-level role is responsible for developing and executing marketing programs that drive awareness, enablement, and demand generation within our indirect sales channels. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of B2B marketing, distribution, value-added-reseller (VAR) ecosystems, and how to align cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute channel marketing programs to support reseller, distributor, and alliance partner initiatives. Collaborate with sales and partner teams to create co-branded campaigns , partner toolkits, and promotional materials. Manage MDF (Market Development Funds) programs, including planning, approval workflows, execution, and ROI reporting. Create and maintain partner-facing collateral , such as sales enablement tools, case studies, and email templates. Track and analyze program performance metrics to optimize channel marketing effectiveness. Coordinate webinars, events, and trade shows in collaboration with partners and internal stakeholders. Support the onboarding and training of new partners through tailored marketing enablement content. Maintain the partner portal content and ensure up-to-date marketing resources are available. Develop distribution and VAR marketing plans and follow through on deliverables and timelines. Requirements: 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2 years in channel or partner marketing. Strong understanding of indirect sales models and partner ecosystems. Proven ability to develop and execute multi-touch marketing campaigns. Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of North American distributor companies in the AIDC space. Experience in technology or industrial markets. Knowledge of channel programs, incentives, and go-to-market strategies. Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. SATO’s total compensation package extends well beyond your paycheck as it's designed to support and enrich your personal and professional life. See our benefit line-up below: Health & Wellness: medical, vision, and dental insurance to include coverage for domestic partners. SATO contributes approximately 75% to the cost of employees’ health insurance coverage along with 100% company paid Life & AD&D, short-term and long-term disability insurance, and a pre-tax Health Savings Account with an employer contribution of $500.00 or $1,000.00 depending on elected medical coverage. Time Away: We observe 10 company-paid holidays per year and up to ten (10) days accrued vacation time in the first year. Eleven (11) days at year two (2). Twelve (12) days at year three (3). Thirteen (13) days at year four (4) and fifteen (15) days at year five (5). We also offer six (6) accrued personal days for you to use for things like weddings, moving, mental health, religious holiday, sick child or for anything that is truly personal. Saving for the Future: plan for your short-term and long-term goals with our 401(k)-retirement savings plan with employer match with no vesting schedule. You are fully vested on the first of the month following 30 days of employment. SATO will match 100%/dollar-for-dollar of your 401(k)-deferral amount of the first 3% of your pay and an additional match of 50%/$.50 on the next 2% of your pay. For example, if you defer 5% of your pay into the 401(k) Plan, SATO will make a 4% matching contribution.
