Infrastructure Project Manager

Job Description A large automotive company in Fremont is looking for a Program Manager to join their infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer management, technical program management, factory engineering, manufacturing, construction and contract management. What You'll Do Support the management of multiple construction projects (commercial, industrial, or TI) from planning through closeout Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking key milestones and deliverables Coordinate with internal teams (PMs, Superintendents, VDC, Design) and external partners (contractors, vendors, consultants) Monitor project budgets, track costs, and support forecasting and reporting Identify risks and issues proactively and help implement mitigation strategies Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and company procedures Assist with procurement, contract administration, and document control Prepare regular status updates, reports, and presentations for stakeholders Support site activities as needed, including coordination and progress tracking Pay Range for this role is $35 - $45 depending on years of experience and education.
