Chesterton Manor is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Receptionist to join our team in Chesterton, IN.

The Receptionist is responsible for answering phones, greeting residents, patients, visitors, and guests, and scheduling appointments in a professional and timely manner.

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally

• Greet residents, patients, visitors, and guests

• Schedule appointments as needed

• Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, visitors, and staff

• Assist with general clerical and administrative duties as assigned

• Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Strong communication and customer service skills required

• Professional, friendly, and dependable

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
