Staff Physician - Hematology/Oncology

Medical Oncologist-Solid Tumor Malignancies

The Division of Hematology/Oncology and Penn State Cancer Institute; Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, located in Hershey, Pennsylvania, is recruiting a Medical Oncologist, with a focus on Upper Aerodigestive and Thoracic Oncology. Primary responsibilities include patient care, clinical research, and medical student, resident and fellow education at the Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Professor level on either the tenure or non-tenure track. The Penn State Cancer Institute is a CoC-accredited and ACR accredited cancer program. It is the only comprehensive cancer center in central PA and provides a robust infrastructure for clinical trials and translational research facilities and has recently acquired a MRIdian Linac that will take our cancer treatment to a new level of precision and accuracy.

Appropriate candidates must possess: MD, DO, or foreign equivalent Board certified/eligible in Hematology/Oncology, or medical oncology Completed Fellowship training in Hematology/Oncology at an accredited institution Must have or be able to acquire a license to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Faculty appointment and salary commensurate with experience and training
