Enhancement Crew Member/Laborer (Pontiac/Detroit)

Description Enhancement Landscape Laborer – the role involves performing landscape construction operations and operating heavy, medium, and small sized construction equipment. Starting Pay Pay range $18–$21 per hour, may increase based on experience and certifications/licenses. Responsibilities Perform landscape construction operations. Operate heavy, medium, and small construction equipment (front‑end loader, skid loader, backhoe, excavator, dump truck, construction trailer, hand‑held cutting and compaction devices). Ensure safety practices are followed on and off the job site. Safely load and secure equipment for transport to and from job sites. Communicate job‑site needs, changes, and issues to supervisor. Abide by company quality standards. Safeguard assets from theft and misuse; maintain asset confidentiality. Comply with segregation of duties, business ethics, applicable laws and regulations. Periodically reconcile physical assets with accounting records. Preferred Qualifications Driver’s license with DOT Med Card. Willingness to work overtime and weekends. Experience with various landscape construction tasks, including hardscape installations. Ability to lift >50 lbs and work in extreme conditions (>100°F, direct sunlight). Problem‑solving and adaptability on the job. Experience operating heavy, medium, and small construction equipment. Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary. Paid time off.
