We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer with strong hands-on expertise in C#, VB.NET, VB6, Classic ASP, SQL Server, and Crystal Reports . The role will focus on application development, enhancement, maintenance, production support, and troubleshooting for corporate and vendor applications. The ideal candidate will have strong L2/L3 support experience and the ability to work closely with business users, application owners, technical leads, database teams, and infrastructure teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, enhance, and support applications using .NET, C#, VB.NET, VB6, Classic ASP , and related Microsoft technologies
  • Support legacy corporate applications built with VB6, Classic ASP, MS Access, and custom .NET solutions
  • Design, develop, modify, troubleshoot, and maintain Crystal Reports
  • Develop reports with parameters, subreports, data sources, and deployment configurations
  • Analyze application, database, reporting, and interface issues and perform root-cause analysis
  • Implement defect fixes, minor enhancements, and production issue resolutions within agreed SLAs
  • Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, views, functions, and scripts
  • Support SQL Server database troubleshooting and data analysis
  • Participate in incident, problem, service request, change, and release management processes
  • Perform unit testing, regression testing, deployment validation, and post-implementation support
  • Troubleshoot web applications, IIS configurations, Windows Server environments, application logs, and system configurations
  • Coordinate with business users, application owners, database teams, infrastructure teams, and vendors
  • Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, runbooks, release notes, known-error records, and knowledge articles
  • Follow secure coding, access control, change management, audit, and data handling standards
  • Support application stabilization, modernization readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • 5 8 years of IT experience in application development, enhancement, maintenance, and production support
  • Strong hands-on experience with .NET Framework/.NET, C#, VB.NET, and Microsoft technologies
  • Experience with VB6, Classic ASP, and MS Access legacy application support
  • Strong experience with Crystal Reports development, modification, troubleshooting, and deployment
  • Good experience with SQL Server/T-SQL , stored procedures, views, functions, and data analysis
  • Experience in L2/L3 application support and production troubleshooting
  • Strong root-cause analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of IIS, Windows Server, application logs, configuration, debugging, and deployment
  • Experience with source control, build, release, and ticketing tools
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate with onsite/offshore teams
