Start by running a pool cleaning and maintenance route, with a clear path to Route Manager / Operations Lead as we grow.ResponsibilitiesPerform weekly pool maintenance (cleaning, water chemical balancing, basic troubleshooting)Keep routes efficient and organizedManage chemical inventory on the truckUse a smart phone app (Pool Brain) to manage service tasksIdentify repair needs and communicate themProvide professional, friendly customer communicationWhat We're Looking ForReliable and punctual (non-negotiable)Self-starter who takes ownership and works independentlyWillingness to learn and improve (no experience required)Comfortable working outdoors in Texas heatValid driver's license with clean driving recordAbility to lift up to 100 lbs.High school diploma and/or Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred but not required.Growth OpportunityThis role is designed to grow into more than just a technician position.
