Compensation Salary Range: $40,000 - $45,000 per year Compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role. Location & Schedule Remote Position Candidates must reside in one of the following states: Texas Florida Georgia North Carolina Schedule Full-Time Monday through Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Occasional flexibility may be required based on business needs Position Summary As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless experience from shipment pickup through final delivery. You will work closely with customers, dispatch, drivers, operations, and internal teams to provide shipment updates, resolve service concerns, answer inquiries, and support daily transportation operations.
