Location: Brighton Beach, Brooklyn, NY (On-Site) Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Reports To: Director of Sales Carecenta is a rapidly growing healthcare technology company providing software solutions across the long-term care continuum, including home care agencies, adult day care centers, assisted living facilities, residential care organizations, skilled nursing providers, and healthcare staffing agencies. Our platform helps organizations streamline operations, strengthen compliance, improve billing accuracy, and enhance the quality of care delivered to the communities they serve. This position is structured as a BDR‑to‑Account Executive growth program. Successful candidates will begin in a Business Development Representative role (no worries, base salary begins right away), receiving hands‑on training in healthcare SaaS sales, prospecting, pipeline development, and solution‑based selling. Within 30–60 days, top performers will transition into an Account Executive position with responsibility for managing their own sales pipeline, conducting product demonstrations, and closing new business opportunities. Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead generation across the long-term care market, including home care, adult day care, assisted living, residential care, skilled nursing, and healthcare staffing organizations. Engage agency owners, administrators, and executive leadership to identify business needs and qualify opportunities. Schedule and conduct product demonstrations focused on ROI, operational efficiency, compliance, and client outcomes. Effectively communicate Carecenta's value proposition and recommend solutions tailored to each organization's needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients throughout the sales process. Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM activity while collaborating with sales leadership to achieve team objectives. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. Qualifications Prior sales, business development, customer‑facing, or healthcare experience preferred. Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
