Job Summary The Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of administrative tasks to support our managers, employees, and office visitors. Key Responsibilities Manage and organize daily office operations, including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and coordinating meetings. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls, directing them to appropriate personnel as necessary. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary to ensure resources are readily available. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and maintain accurate records and filing systems. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff and executives as required. Assist with the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences. Provide excellent customer service and act as the first point of contact for visitors to the office. Collaborate with team members to contribute to a positive and efficient work environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or similar role is a plus. Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related position. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and office management software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
