DDN is seeking a Director of Federal Tax to lead consolidated tax reporting, US compliance, and planning. The role oversees ASC 740 provision, US federal return, and international tax matters including GILTI, FDII, BEAT, and foreign tax credits. You will report to the VP of Tax within the global finance team, partner with executives, and drive tax strategy, governance, and process modernization for a growing tech company.
