Trojan Recycling is looking forasafetyconscience Yard Laborer to join our GROWING team in Brockton, MA. This position requires working at heights and necessitates strict adherence to safety protocols in all weather conditions.

Hours: Monday through Friday 6:45am to 4:30pm

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

• Checking trucks in and and directing traffic at site as necessary.
• Manual laborincluding paper picking, keeping the transfer station clean and presentable.
• Performyard workincluding cutting weeds.
• Climbing and tarping train cars.
• Perform general maintenance and repairs including painting and janitorial work.
• Operating light equipment such as:skid steers.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
• Promoting continuous improvement of workplace safety andenvironmental practices.
• Interacting with customers and Waste Connections employees to determinesafe and environmentally sound solutions toserviceissues.

What we need from you:

• One year of stable employment history in a similar environment.
• Ability to lift at least 75lbs and climb .
• Ability to work schedule in all weather conditions
• Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforcesafety procedures.
