Since joining State Farm in 2014 and opening his own agency in 2020, Andrew has built a tight-knit team of four who share a commitment to service and team camaraderie. With a background from UW Madison and valuable experience working under a State Farm agent, Andrew understands the ins and outs of running a successful business and is dedicated to providing his team members with similar growth opportunities. Our office enjoys a lively, team-oriented culture with weekly in-office happy hours and regular team lunches to strengthen our connection. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Andrew Stark - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
