Part Time Bookkeeper (15-25 hours/week)

Job Details Experience: Mid Level Salary: $25 - $28 per hour Responsibilities Oversee all accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Manage law firm billing, generating and sending out invoices, and following up on outstanding payments. Prepare comprehensive financial reports to assist in decision making processes. Record journal entries, maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions. Reconcile bank accounts on a regular basis, identifying and resolving any discrepancies. Prepare and send out invoices, ensuring all charges are accurately represented. Manage the reconciliation process, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up-to-date. Utilize bookkeeping software, specifically Master/Tabs3, to streamline all bookkeeping processes. Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of experience in a bookkeeping role, preferably within the legal industry. Proficient in accounts receivable, accounts payable, law firm billing, financial report preparation, recording journal entries, bank account reconciliation, invoice preparation, and reconciliation. Advanced knowledge of bookkeeping and invoicing software, specifically Master/Tabs3. Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
