HVAC Comfort Advisor/Sales Representative
Precise Air Systems is a family-owned business that has served the Los Angeles area providing HVAC needs for 49 years offering customers the best solutions for their HVAC needs.
Are you self-motivated, outgoing, and friendly? Are you goal oriented? Would you like to be in control of your earnings? Our top Sales Consultants earn over $250,000 a year in paid commissions
We are looking to hire a full time HVAC Comfort Advisor professional to visit customer homes and offer them the best solutions for their HVAC needs and advising customers on the purchase of new heating and air conditioning products.
JOB REQUIREMENTS- A valid Driver’s License
- Punctual
- Driven Sales Professional with experience in direct sales, product knowledge and people skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow directions from supervisor to complete required tasks to promote company growth and attend weekly staff meetings
- Basic computer skills
- Physical ability to climb, navigate small spaces, and lift up 25 lbs.
- Seek out leads on your own if needed
- Be comfortable cold calling
- Pre-employment drug test and criminal background check.
- Be responsible for customer satisfaction and maintain a high degree of credibility.
- Uniform
- Commission pay
- Company gas card to be provided to hired candidate for company related use.
- 50% Medical insurance covered after 90 days of employment

Experience:
- 2-3 years of previous HVAC sales experience
- 3 years of sales experience (preferred)
- Professional demeanor + appearance
