Reporting to the Director of Creative Marketing, this role partners closely with cross-functional teams and creative collaborators to deliver compelling, on-brand creative that drives engagement and supports business objectives. This is an opportunity for someone who combines strong conceptual thinking with exceptional execution—someone who can translate strategy into impactful visual storytelling while thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.What you'll doTranslate marketing briefs and seasonal direction into elevated, on-brand creative that aligns with brand codes.Lead the design and execution of weekly creative across Factory’s email and social channels.Art direct and manage creative for photography and video shoots for Factory OMNI channelsPartner with Art Directors, Designers, Copywriters, and Marketing teams to craft cohesive and engaging product storytelling.Manage projects from concept through final delivery, ensuring consistency, quality, and attention to detail at every stage.Contribute to the evolution of creative strategy across channels by bringing forward fresh ideas, cultural awareness, and industry insights.Continuously refine workflows and collaborate with creative partners to improve efficiency and elevate output.Who you are5+ years of design experience, ideally within fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands.On-set photography and video art direction experience is preferred.A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of work with a focus on brand storytelling and marketing.Highly skilled in typography, layout, and art direction with a sharp eye for detail.A strategic thinker who can balance creative expression with business goals.Strong communicator with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate effectively across teams.Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative SuiteSalary Range: $93,700.00 - $121,800.00Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location.
