Medical Director, Medical Affairs, Gastroenterology

Regeneron seeks a Medical Director for Medical Affairs in Gastroenterology to develop and execute US medical strategy for a key asset. The role involves overseeing scientific data generation, managing cross-functional collaborations, and ensuring compliance and integrity across medical activities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee US medical strategy including publications and expert collaborations
- Lead generation and dissemination of clinical data supporting medical strategy
- Partner across cross-functional teams, R&D, commercial, and reimbursement functions
- Cultivate relationships with clinical experts, societies, advocacy groups, and partners
- Oversee medical review of promotional materials and training content
Requirements
- Medical degree (MD, MBBS, or equivalent)
- 8+ years relevant medical or scientific experience
- Gastroenterology or allergy/immunology residency/fellowship preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical and business discussions with stakeholders
- Strong presentation and communication skills for senior management
- Understanding of healthcare environment and external stakeholders
Compensation: $284,900-$385,700 base
