Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – 12‑Week Contract Pride Health is hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a 12‑week contract assignment in Wilkes‑Barre, PA. Base Pay Range: $50.00/hr – $56.00/hr Contract Duration: 12 weeks (01/05/2026 onward) Shift: AM Schedule: 3 × 12‑hour shifts per week (total 36 hours) Meal Break: 30 minutes Weekends/Holidays: Every other weekend and every other holiday Job Description: The Respiratory Therapist will assess patient respiratory care needs, develop and implement care plans, and deliver high‑quality respiratory therapy services while ensuring excellent patient and family experience. Key Responsibilities Perform and document comprehensive respiratory assessments and establish appropriate care plans. Administer respiratory therapies, manage airways, and initiate/manage mechanical ventilation per protocol. Monitor patient status, collect and analyze ABGs, and respond to emergent respiratory situations. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, educate patients/families, and support continuity of care.
